Residential and Commercial applicants:   Install your system using the benefits of the 30% Federal Tax Credit and the value of the Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (SREC).  It is possible to obtain the tax credit money as a grant on Commercial Systems!  We can help with the paperwork necessary to obtain the money even before the job is done.

THERE IS AN ACCELLERATED DEPRECIATION SCHEDULE OF 5 YEARS DURATION and THERE ARE PROVISONS THAT WILL PERMIT EXPENSING AN ENTIRE SYSTEM IN ONE YEAR (check with your financial advisor).

This is a very serious benefit that should not be overlooked.  If your investments are producing inferior returns or your operations are not producing substantive returns on investment, investigate solar.  Our typical installation on a shingled-pitched roof will yield approximately 20% return on cash invested per year.  This does not take into consideration cost of interest paid.  Even a ballasted array on a flat commercial roof with no penetrations of any membrane can produce a 16% or more return on cash.

It may be possible to obtain financing from PSE&G if you are not to receive a grant in place of the tax credit.  Other utilities have SREC based financing plans to talk about.

We can install a solar powered electricity generator using Trina 225 watt Solar Panels, Enphase Energy Inverters,   full mounting racks along with AC disconnect switches and a utility grade meter on an inclined roof facing from EastSouthEast to WestSouthWest for a price that is far lower than prices from last year.  This system will be eligible for a 30% Federal Income Tax credit.  The power generated and the Solar Renewable Energy Certificates earned are also to be considered.

We can build any size system necessary to produce enough monthly average income to overcome your electric bill.

We installed a 3006 watt system on a home in Ringwood, NJ on 16 August 2005 with a Xantrex GT 3.0 Inverter.

One year later, on 16 August 2006, the meter read 3159 kWh.  19 July 2007 the meter was at 6145 kWh.  17 July 2008 the meter is 9424.  We added 4  panels to increase production and maximize the utility of the inverter.  On Jan 23, 2009, the meter registered 11,125.  The cost per kWh using our local Electric Company is now $.1825 per kWh .  At this rate, this rooftop system has produced $2029 worth of electricity and about $2455 in Renewable Solar Energy Credits.   $4484!  That is about  $106 per month.  As of Jan 28, 2010, the production is 14,912 kWh.  On July 18, 2011, the production hit 21,000 watts total production. That is a 3.8 kW system.  This is the kind of return you can expect from the old technology.

ENPHASE ENERGY M-190-72-240 INVERTERS ARE ABOUT 5% MORE EFFICIENT AND ARE NOW OUR STANDARD.
